Your leads dashboard is your home base on Bark. Everything you need to track, manage, and act on your leads is here.
Getting to your dashboard
- Log in to your Bark account
- Click Leads in the top navigation
What you'll see
Your leads page has three tabs at the top:
| Tab | What it shows |
| 1st to respond | Leads where no professional has contacted the customer yet — your best opportunity to be first |
| Urgent | Leads that need a quick response |
| Free leads | Leads available to contact using your free Elite Pro credits |
My Responses
Once you've contacted a lead, it moves to My Responses in the top navigation. Here you can track all your active conversations.
| Tab | What it shows |
| Pending | Leads you've contacted but haven't yet converted |
| Hired | Leads marked as hired |
| View all | Every lead you've ever responded to |
From My Responses, you can:
- Show number — reveal and call the customer
- Send WhatsApp — message via WhatsApp
- Send email — email directly
- Send SMS — text the customer
- Send an estimate — send a quote
Lead statuses
| Status | What it means |
| Pending | You've contacted the lead, but it's still in progress |
| Hired | The job is won — either you or the customer can mark this |
| 💡 Once a lead is marked as Hired, you can invite the customer to leave a review directly from My Responses. |

Click Filter on your leads page to sort what you're seeing. You can filter by:
| Filter | What it does |
| Keyword search | Search by name or keyword |
| Sort by | Order leads by relevance, date, or credits |
| View | Switch between different lead views |
| Lead spotlights | Highlight leads with specific signals |
| Actions the buyer has taken | Filter by what the customer has done |
| When the lead was submitted | Filter by date range |
| Services | Filter by service type |
| Locations | Filter by area |
| Credits | Filter by credit cost |
| Contact preferences | Filter by how the customer wants to be contacted |
| 💡 Filters are temporary — they reset when you leave the page. To permanently change what leads you to see, update your lead preferences. |
How to set your lead preferences
Reporting a lead
If something doesn't look right, incorrect contact details, a duplicate, or a suspicious request, you can report it directly from your dashboard.
- Open the lead
- Select the report option
- Choose a reason and submit
Our team reviews every report. Eligible reasons for returns
Passing on a lead
Not every lead will be right for you. If you don't want to contact a lead, select Not interested — no credits are charged, and the customer is notified politely on your behalf.
