How to set your lead preferences

Reporting a lead

If something doesn't look right, incorrect contact details, a duplicate, or a suspicious request, you can report it directly from your dashboard.

  1. Open the lead
  2. Select the report option
  3. Choose a reason and submit

Our team reviews every report. Eligible reasons for returns

Passing on a lead

Not every lead will be right for you. If you don't want to contact a lead, select Not interested — no credits are charged, and the customer is notified politely on your behalf.
