Unable to fulfil a request?

If you receive a request you’re unable to take on, you do not need to contact the customer or spend credits.

Using the ‘Not interested’ option lets Bark know you’re unavailable for the request and helps keep your dashboard organised.

How to decline a lead

  1. Open the request
  2. Select ‘Not interested.’

What happens next?

Bark notifies the customer that the request cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Privacy

Your name and profile are not shared as part of this notification.

Credits

No credits are charged when declining a lead.

Better matches over time

Marking leads as ‘Not interested’ helps Bark better understand the types of requests that are most relevant to your business.

How to contact a lead

If you can fulfil the request:

  1. Open the request
  2. Select ‘Contact lead.’
Credits

Credits are only deducted when you choose to contact a lead. The credit amount is shown on the lead details before confirmation.

Confirmation

Once contact is confirmed, you’ll see an on-screen confirmation and may also receive notifications depending on your Account Settings.
