Understanding your estimated leads

On your dashboard, you'll see a figure showing how many leads you can expect each day. This estimate is based on your current lead settings and gives you a realistic idea of how busy your pipeline is likely to be.

If you're not getting many leads, or none at all, check your dashboard to understand why.

How is the estimate calculated?

Bark looks at three factors to work out your estimated daily leads:

  • Your chosen services — the categories you've selected determine which customer requests you're eligible to receive. More service categories generally mean more potential leads.
  • Your location settings — the wider your coverage area, the more customers you'll be matched with. A nationwide setting will return a higher estimate than a narrow local radius.
  • Customer demand in your area — Bark analyses real-time and historical data on how many customers are requesting services like yours in the locations you cover.

Together, these factors produce a daily estimate that reflects the realistic volume of leads flowing into your account.

Not getting enough leads?

If your estimate is low, consider:

  • Adding more service categories
  • Expanding your coverage area
  • Checking your lead settings for any filters that may be too restrictive
