Keep your payment details up to date to ensure uninterrupted access to credits and subscriptions.
How to update your card details
- Log in to your Bark account
- Click Settings in the top navigation
- Under Credits & Payments, click My payment details
- Click Change on your saved card
- Enter your new card details
- Save your changes

How to update your Elite Pro payment details
- Log in to your Bark account
- Click Settings in the top navigation
- Under My Profile, click Elite Pro
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Manage subscription
- In the pop-up window, click Payment Methods
- Add your new card and set it as your primary card
- Remove any old cards if no longer needed

Good to know
- Your primary card is the one charged for your Elite Pro subscription
- You can keep multiple cards on file and switch your primary card at any time
- You must always have at least one primary card registered for Elite Pro
