Coupon Issues

If your promo code or coupon isn't working, this guide will help you quickly identify and fix the issue. Most coupon issues are caused by simple account or eligibility mismatches and can usually be resolved in a few steps.

How to apply a promo code

  1. Log in to your Bark account
  2. Click Settings in the top navigation
  3. Under Credits & Payments, click My credits
  4. Scroll down to the Redeem coupon section
  5. Enter your promo code in the Coupon code field
  6. Click Apply

 Go to My credits

💡 Coupons can't be combined. The higher discount applies.

Common reasons coupons don't work

Issue What to check
Already used Most coupons can only be used once per account
Wrong email/account The code must be used on the same email address it was sent to
Expired offer Check the expiry date in the original email you received
Minimum spend not met Some offers require a minimum purchase amount
Product not eligible The coupon may only work for first-time purchases or specific products

How to fix it

  1. Log in using the exact email address the offer was sent to
  2. Re-enter the code carefully at checkout
  3. Confirm the offer hasn't expired or already been redeemed
  4. Check that your purchase meets any minimum spend or product requirements

Expired coupon? 

If your coupon has expired, our support team is unable to issue replacements. Keep an eye out for future promotions and make sure notifications are turned on so you don't miss them.

Contact support and include:

  • The promotional code
  • Your Bark account email
  • A screenshot of the error message (if visible)
