Credits you purchase on Bark have a limited validity period and will automatically expire if not used.
Current Expiration Rules

|---|---|
| Before 1 November 2025 | 12 months from purchase |
| On or after 1 November 2025 | 3 months from purchase |
After credits expire, they are removed from your account and cannot usually be reinstated
Important Information
- Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
- The expiration policy changed on 1 November 2025. You will have received an email about this update.
How to Check Your Credits
- Log in to your Bark account
- Go to Settings > Credits & Payments > My Credits
- View your active credits and expiration dates
