Credits you purchase on Bark have a limited validity period and will automatically expire if not used.
EXPIRATION RULES
| Purchase Date | Expiration Period |
| Before 1 November 2025 | 12 months from purchase |
| On or after 1 November 2025 | 3 months from purchase |
| Once credits expire, they are removed from your account. Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be returned. |
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- The expiration policy changed on 1 November 2025. If you purchased credits before this date, your credits last 12 months.
- You would have received an email about this update.
HOW TO CHECK YOUR CREDITS
1. Log in to your Bark account
2. Go to Settings
3. Select Credits & Payments → My Credits
4. View your credit transaction log
