Refunds vs Credit Returns

Bark offers two different ways to recover your spend:

  • Credit Return → Credits added back to your account (most common for leads)
  • Monetary Refund → Money returned to your original payment method (rare)

1. Credit Return (For Leads)

You can request a Credit Return within 14 days of purchase if the lead has:

  • Invalid contact details
  • Duplicate or test leads
  • Submitted by minors
How to request:
  • Elite Pro users: Click “Request Return” in your My Responses section.
  • All other users: Use the Credit Return Form
Tip: Include screenshots for faster review. Most requests are processed within 48 hours.

2. Monetary Refund (Money Back)

Monetary refunds are only issued in limited cases and at Bark’s discretion.

How to request:
  1. Submit a request at Contact Support
  2. Use the exact subject line: “Monetary Refund Request.”
