To help us resolve your request quickly, make sure you:
- Use your Bark account email address
- Include a clear explanation of the issue
- Attach any supporting evidence or screenshots
After submitting, our Credit Returns Team will review your request and aim to respond within 48 hours. You'll receive an email with the outcome. Some requests may take longer; if we need anything further, we'll be in touch.
Approved credits are added directly to your balance, viewable in the My Credits section of your account.
