How to report a user or lead on Bark

If you encounter suspicious, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour on Bark — whether from a customer, another professional, or a lead — you can report it directly.

What can I report?

How to report

Reporting a message in chat:
  1. Open the chat message you want to report
  2. Click the report option on the message
  3. Select the reason for your report
  4. Submit
Reporting a lead:
  1. Open the lead details page
  2. Select Report this lead
  3. Choose the reason and add any relevant details
  4. Submit
