Adding reviews to your Bark profile

Reviews are one of the most powerful features on your profile. Even a single 5-star review makes you 3x more likely to get hired over a professional with none.

There are four ways to add reviews:

1. Invite existing customers Share your public profile link with any previous customer and ask them to leave a review via the Leave a review button. These don’t have to be Bark customers — anyone you’ve worked with counts.

2. Invite Bark customers who hired you Once a customer hires you, set the lead status to Hired in My Responses. This unlocks the option to send them a direct review invitation.

3. Import from Facebook Link your Bark profile to your Facebook company reviews by entering your Facebook reviews URL in your profile settings.

💡 Use your reviews page URL, not your Facebook profile URL.

4. Import from Google Connect your Google Business Profile in your Bark settings to import your Google Reviews directly.

⚠️ A few things to note:

  • Reviews are imported based on your linked profile, not location alone
  • If your Google account has multiple business profiles, only one will be imported — make sure the right one is linked
  • If your Google profile changes, previously imported reviews may no longer appear unless the Place ID stays the same
  • Google and Facebook imports can take several working days
💡 Add the Bark reviews badge to your website so visitors can see your reviews directly.
