Using chat the right way
Only use chat to discuss real job enquiries. All communication should be polite, honest, and professional.
What we look out for
We may take action on any messages that contain:

| Prohibited activity | Scams, impersonation, spam messaging, or anything that violates our Terms and Conditions |
How chat moderation works
Our moderation system uses a combination of automated technology and human review:
- Automated filters scan chats in real time for high-risk or inappropriate content
- Users can report any concerning messages using the report option in the chat
- Flagged messages are reviewed by our Trust and Safety team, who assess the full context and decide if action is needed
What happens if you break the rules
| Severity | Outcome |
| First violation | Written warning explaining the issue |
| Repeated violations | Temporary account suspension |
| Severe violations (fraud, abuse) | Permanent ban and potential referral to relevant authorities |
You'll always be notified if a message is removed or flagged, and you may appeal any decision within 7 days.
Protecting your personal data
Only share information that is essential for fulfilling a request. Never share sensitive data such as payment card details, personal identification information, or financial data in chat.
