There are many reasons that your request may not have qualified for a return, here are a few examples:
- You submitted your request more than 14 days after you purchased the lead
- The request did not meet our credit return policy guidelines
- You didn’t provide sufficient evidence in your request
- You failed to filter out (via your lead settings) any leads which don’t match your offered services
- We were unable to verify your request with the customer
- The customer hired someone else
- The customer did not answer the phone or failed to respond to your messages
While we cannot provide returns for all situations, we want you to succeed with Bark. If you are not getting the desired results, please consider reviewing and updating your account settings and preferences.
