All requests must be submitted online using one of the options below:
- If you are an Elite Pro subscriber, you can request credit returns via My Responses
- All other requests must be submitted using our online Credit Return Request Form
To expedite the resolution of your credit return request, please ensure you always use your Bark account email address, provide a detailed explanation of the situation and attach any supporting documentation or evidence.
After you submit your credit return request, our Credit Returns Team will review the details and any evidence provided. We aim to process all requests within 48 hours, and you will receive an email notification with the outcome. Some requests may require extensive review, and should we need any further documentation, we will let you know.
Approved credit returns are added to your balance. Your transaction history is located in the My Credits section of your account.
