When a professional responds to your request with a quote or message, you can reply directly from the notification email or from inside your Bark account.
From the notification email
- Open the email from Bark notifying you of a new response
- Click Reply Now
- Write and send your message directly
From your Bark account
- Log in to your Bark account
- Go to your dashboard: bark.com/buyers/dashboard
- Click View professionals or view a quote on your request
- Click View profile to see a professional's details or Request reply to reach out
- Type your reply and send
Good to know
The Professional's contact details are usually included in the notification email you received when they responded to your request. If you can't find it, log in to your dashboard to access all responses in one place.
