How do I set up or claim my Google Business Profile?

To connect your business with Google via Amplify, you’ll first need a verified Google Business Profile (GBP).

  1. Go to Google Business Profile.
  2. Sign in with your Google account.
  3. Search for your business name.
    • If it already exists, select it and follow the steps to claim and verify ownership.
    • If it doesn’t exist, click Add your business to Google and enter your details (name, address, category, phone number, website, hours, etc.).
  4. Complete the verification process. Google may send a postcard, email, or phone call with a code.
  5. Once verified, your Google Business Profile will appear in Search and Maps, and you can connect it to Amplify.
