Most of the normal Bark features and tools will be available for Gumtree leads, but there are a few key things to call out:
Key Similarities
- Gumtree leads will be priced in the same way as Bark leads, based on service category
- Gumtree leads are covered by our Get Hired Guarantee and our Credit Return Policy
- Gumtree customers will be asked to verify their phone number (only using Gumtree’s verification system, not Bark)
- Bark customer support is on hand to help if you need any support or have any questions
Key Differences
- Gumtree customers may be less familiar with Bark, so be sure to mention Gumtree in your initial contact, so they know where you got their details
- Some contact methods in the Bark platform (e.g. send quote, send SMS) will not be available for Gumtree leads.
- Lead contact details will be obfuscated (hidden) in a different way before you purchase the lead
- Contact information provided by the customer will only be available for 60 days once the lead has been placed.
