How to unsubscribe

You can stop receiving emails from Bark at any time. This article explains how, whether or not you have a Bark account.

If you don't have a Bark account

You may receive emails if a customer has submitted a service request in your area. To unsubscribe:

  1. Open any email you've received from us.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
  3. Click the Unsubscribe link.
💡 Tip: The unsubscribe link appears in the email footer, usually near the sender's name and company address. Look for 'Don't want to hear from me again? Click here.

Once you click this link, your email address will be removed from our mailing list.

If you have a Bark account

If you have a Bark account, you can manage all your email preferences directly from your settings:

  1. Log in to your Bark account.
  2. Go to Settings > Notifications > Email.
  3. Turn email notifications on or off based on your preferences.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

What this means for you

You're always in control of the emails you receive. You can update your preferences at any time there's no need to contact support.
