To claim the guarantee, simply contact our team within 3 days of using your final credit from your Starter Pack by emailing team@bark.com.
Once we’ve received your request, our team will review your account and update you within 24–48 hours. If you’re eligible, we will inform you that your credits have been reinstated so you can start connecting with new opportunities again.
As part of this process, the team will also share helpful tips and guidance to support your journey on Bark—giving you the best possible chance of securing work the second time around.
