To ensure you get the full benefits from the Elite Pro service, you must have a completed Bark profile with lots of information on it. You don’t want customer’s to find your bare profile – first impressions count!

We’d be sorry to see you leave the Elite Pro service, but if you do decide to cancel for any reason, simply contact our dedicated Customer Success team. 

We will cancel your Elite Pro subscription to prevent further renewals.

Your Elite Pro status will remain for the period you have already paid for, after which your account will revert back to standard status.

You can continue to use your Bark account after this, just without the great benefits the Elite Pro service provides.
