Eligible reasons for returns

The following outlines when credit returns will be issued:

Reason What it means What doesn't qualify
Invalid contact details Phone number or email is unreachable or disconnected The customer is not answering calls or messages
Wrong service The request was erroneous, disingenuous, or made without the customer's consent Customer hiring someone else or changing their mind
Incorrect information Request was in the wrong category or contained misleading details, e.g. location Customer changing project scope after speaking with professionals
Platform misuse Phishing, bots, competitors testing, or hidden employment requests
Accidental purchase You bought a lead by mistake — please take care when browsing your leads page Multiple accidental purchases
💡 Tip: Use the Not interested button on a lead to pass on it — we'll let the customer know on your behalf.
