The following outlines when credit returns will be issued:

| Invalid contact details | Phone number or email is unreachable or disconnected | The customer is not answering calls or messages |
| Wrong service | The request was erroneous, disingenuous, or made without the customer's consent | Customer hiring someone else or changing their mind |
| Incorrect information | Request was in the wrong category or contained misleading details, e.g. location | Customer changing project scope after speaking with professionals |
| Platform misuse | Phishing, bots, competitors testing, or hidden employment requests | — |
| Accidental purchase | You bought a lead by mistake — please take care when browsing your leads page | Multiple accidental purchases |
