How do I dispute a complaint or submit an appeal about my account suspension?

To begin the process, please respond directly to the email notification you received regarding the complaint or action taken on your account.

In your appeal, we recommend providing as much detailed information as possible, including:

  • A description of your version of events.
  • Any supporting documents (such as contracts, invoices, or communications with the customer).
  • Screenshots, emails, or any evidence that clarifies the situation.
  • Provide details of any efforts you have made to resolve the issue with the customer directly.
  • Pictures of work carried out. 

You have 30 Days from the date you receive a sanction to submit your appeal. Appeals received after this period will not be considered.
