Instead of combing through every lead to decide who you want to contact, Enquiries sets your business up to start receiving incoming calls and scheduled calls directly from your pre-defined best matches, before their project becomes available to other professionals on Bark – giving you a head start. You will automatically purchase these leads when they call you.

Enquiries have a few special benefits: 

  • Leads come to you directly. No more back-and-forth trying to find a convenient time to connect. Simply tell us your availability, define who you want to hear from, and wait for the calls to come in.
  • Less competition. With Enquiries, leads are keen to get on the phone meaning they are much less likely to be speaking with other professionals. Plus, we’ll put you towards the top of the seller list meaning you’ll be one of the first pros leads will see. 
  • Get closer to landing the job. Professionals who have used Enquiries double their chances of getting hired! 

What is the difference between immediate and scheduled Enquiries?

Immediate enquiries are incoming phone calls from leads that want to work with you. They see you in a list of sellers and call you then and there. 

Scheduled enquiries are calls that are booked up to 4 days in advance. They are an opportunity for you to assess, diagnose and potentially provide estimates. 

 

What if I’m not available for a booking? 

You choose when you want to work by setting your working hours. Calls and bookings can only be made during the hours you are available. Only 1 booking can be made during each 30 minute slot so you never have to worry about being double booked. 

 

How much notice will I get before a booking?

Leads can book any time up to 15 minutes before the scheduled call time. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a reminder email about your booking. 

 

How do I choose my best matches? 

You can specify exactly who you want to talk to by their location and their responses to the questions they answer for their lead details.

 

Can anyone set up Enquiries?

To make the best first impression, your profile must be updated to include as a minimum:

  • Company logo
  • Company phone number
  • Company description
  • 3 reviews
  • Rating of 3 stars or more

Enquiries are only available for specific services, but we are looking to expand this in the near future!
