Credits are the currency you use on Bark to connect with potential customers. Every lead has a credit cost shown clearly before you commit, so you always know what you're spending before you spend it.
How lead pricing works
The number of credits needed to respond to a lead depends on two things:

| Service type | Some industries have higher demand and are priced accordingly |
| Size and scope of the job | A larger or more complex job costs more credits than a smaller one |
The credit cost is always visible on the lead before you respond. You're never charged without knowing the price upfront.
How much do credits cost?
Credit prices vary by country and depend on whether you buy individual credits or a pack. Packs offer better value — the more you buy, the lower the cost per credit.

Auto top-up
When buying credits, you can enable Auto top-up — this automatically purchases more credits when your balance runs low, so you never miss a lead.
Credit expiry

| From 1 November 2025 | 3 months after purchase |
| Before 1 November 2025 | 12 months after purchase |
| 💡 Make sure to use your credits before they expire — unused credits cannot be refunded. |
