Credits bought through the Bark app are processed by the app store on your device, either Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not directly by Bark. If you have a payment issue, contact the relevant store to resolve it.
iOS: Reporting a problem to Apple
Start by reporting the issue directly to Apple:
- Open the App Store and tap your profile icon
- Tap Purchased and find the Bark app purchase
- Tap Report a Problem
- Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted
- Select the relevant problem from the menu
- Add any details and tap Submit
Apple will review your report. If they confirm the payment was successful, contact us, and we'll add the credits to your account.
Android: Reporting a problem to Google
Start by reporting the issue directly to Google:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon and select Payments and subscriptions
- Tap Order history and find the Bark purchase
- Tap Report a problem
- Select the relevant issue from the menu
- Add any details and submit
Google will review your report. If they confirm the payment was successful, contact us and we'll add the credits to your account.
Payment went through, but credits still haven't appeared?
If the store couldn't resolve it or your credits still haven't been added, contact us directly using the relevant steps below.
Google Pay credits not added
Contact our support team with the following details, and we'll check the payment status on our side:
- Number of credits in the pack you purchased
- Date of purchase
- Google Pay Order ID
We can verify whether your payment was completed, not processed, or refunded and resolve it from there.
Apple Pay credits not added
If Apple is unable to resolve the issue and refers you back to us as the merchant, contact our support team with the following:
- A receipt of your purchase
- Proof of correspondence from Apple confirming they've referred you back to us
Once we've verified the payment, we'll confirm what credits are owed and add them to your account.
