Once you’ve posted a request and received a list of service providers which match your specific request, go into the Matches section of your account.
When you click “load more professionals”, you’ll see filter options appear at the top of the list. You can apply filters to narrow down results based on what matters most to you, saving time and improving the quality of your matches.
Available filters:
Distance:
- Use the distance filter to show service providers closest to your location.
- Helps you find local professionals
- Narrow down your search if service providers are too far away!
Response time:
- Filter providers based on how quickly they typically respond.
- Prioritize fast responders if your job is urgent.
- Helps you get quicker quotes and availability
Rating:
- Sort and filter providers by customer ratings.
- Higher-rated professionals are shown first.
- Helps you choose providers with proven customer satisfaction
Best matches:
- This option shows the most relevant professionals based on your request.
- Uses Bark’s matching system to rank suitability.
- Balances experience, availability, and relevance to your job
