We’re sorry to hear you want to cancel your Amplify subscription. Follow these steps to make a change to your plan:
- Log in to your Bark account
- Go to Settings->Elite Pro
- Click “Manage subscription” at the bottom of the page
- Select your subscription, and click Edit Subscription (note, if you select cancel here, you will cancel your entire Elite Pro subscription)
- Click “Remove” underneath the “Amplify” add-on
- Confirm by selecting “Update Subscription”
