We regularly email you about new leads, promotions and product updates. To make sure our emails reach your inbox rather than your spam folder, set up a filter or rule for emails from bark.com.

Gmail
- Sign in to your Gmail account
- Click the down arrow in the search bar
- In the From field, enter bark.com
- Click Create filter
- Select Never send it to Spam
- Click Create filter again

Yahoo
- Sign in to your Yahoo account
- Go to Settings → More settings → Filters
- Click Add new filters
- In the From field, choose contains and enter bark.com
- Set the destination folder to Inbox
- Click Save
Outlook / Hotmail / MSN
- Sign in to your account
- Click the cog icon âš™ in the top right
- Click View all Outlook settings → Rules
- Click Add a new rule and name it (e.g. “Bark emails”)
- Set the condition to Sender address includes and enter bark.com
- Set the action to Move to: Inbox
- Click Save

iCloud
- Sign in to iCloud and open Mail
- Click the cog âš™ in the sidebar and select Rules
- Click Add a rule
- Enter bark.com in the name or email address field
- Set emails from bark.com to move to your inbox or a dedicated folder
- Click Done
AOL and other providers
Open any email from Bark and add the sender to your contacts. If a Bark email lands in spam, mark it as Not spam. This tells your provider our emails are safe and should go to your inbox.
