Adding Reviews to your Bark profile

Having reviews on your Bark profile is very important. Even just one 5 star review makes you 3 times more likely to get hired over a professional with no reviews.

There are 4 different ways to add reviews to your profile:

  • Invite your existing customers: Simply send any previous customers a link to your public profile and ask them to leave a review via the "Leave a review" button
  • Invite Bark customers who hired you via the platform: Once hired by a customer, you can set the status on the lead to ‘Hired’ in My Responses. Setting this status gives you the option to directly invite the customer to leave a review on your Bark profile.
  • Import reviews from your Facebook company profile: You can link your Bark profile to reviews which you already have on Facebook by entering your Facebook reviews URL via your profile settings. Please use the reviews page URL, not your Facebook profile URL.
  • Import reviews from Google: You can now link your Bark profile directly to your Google Business Profile to import your Google Reviews. Please note, reviews will no longer be pulled based on your location alone — your Google Business Profile must be linked in your Bark settings. If your Google account is connected to multiple business profiles, we'll only import reviews from one of them, so make sure the correct one is linked. If your Google profile changes, previously imported reviews may no longer appear unless the profile’s Place ID stays the same.

Importing reviews from Google and Facebook can take several working days to be completed via our review import system.

We also highly recommend adding the Bark reviews badge to your website as it allows anyone visiting your website to read all about you.
