How to get the most from Enquiries

1. Complete your profile first. Enquiries require a minimum profile standard — logo, phone number, description, 3 reviews and a 3-star rating. The stronger your profile, the more calls you'll receive.

2. Set your availability carefully. Only set hours when you're genuinely available to take a call. A missed call is a missed opportunity.

3. Filter your ideal customers. Use Enquiries settings to filter by location and customer answers — the more specific you are, the better quality your calls will be.

4. Answer every call. When an Enquiries call comes in, answer it. You've already been matched; the customer is ready to talk.

5. Follow up after every call. Send a follow-up message or email to keep the momentum going. Include your estimate and next steps.
