Personalising your one-click response

Your one-click response is the quickest way to reach a lead. Personalise it so it looks like it came directly from you — complete with your branding, logo, and contact details. Any replies go straight to your inbox.

Getting started

  1. Log in to your Bark account
  2. Go to Settings → Communication →One-click response
  3. Click Edit

  1. Customise your message using the editor
  2. Click Save

What you can customise

Feature How to do it
Edit text Click on the existing text and make your changes
Add a logo Drag the image box into position → click it → select Upload Image
Add links Type or paste the URL → highlight it → click the link icon → enter the full address
Change font Highlight your text → select a font from the typeface list
Change text colour Click your text → use the colour slider on the right-hand toolbar
Add a button Drag the button icon into position → add your text → link the URL
Merge tags Click where you want the customer name → select Merge Tags → Customer name
💡 Once set up, use your one-click response directly from your leads page — replies go straight to you.
