How to get verified
Bark Verified is available as part of your Elite Pro subscription.
- Log in to your Bark account
- Go to Settings → Elite Pro
- Find the Verified status card and click Start verification process
- Confirm your business details — select your business type and enter your information
- Complete the verification steps
- Once approved, your badge appears on your profile automatically

Checking your verification status
Once you’ve applied, you can check where your application is at any time.
- Log in to your Bark account
- Go to Settings → My Profile → Verification
- Your current status will be shown here

| Pending | Your application is being reviewed |
| Verified | Your verification is complete — your badge is now live |
| Failed | Your application was unsuccessful — see below |
| Verification typically takes up to 72 hours once all documents have been submitted. You’ll receive an email when your status changes. |
What if my verification failed?
If your verification was unsuccessful, you’ll receive an email explaining why. Common reasons include:
- Documents provided were unclear or incomplete
- Information didn’t match what was on file
- Identity could not be confirmed
