Why am I missing Elite Pro features?

Are you feeling like you’re not getting the most out of your Elite Pro subscription? It might be because you’re still on our previous plan.

We’ve recently upgraded Elite Pro to offer even more features, benefits, and value. The new plan is designed to enhance your experience and give you the premium access you deserve. If you’re not seeing these new perks, it’s likely that you’re still subscribed to our earlier version of Elite Pro.

To join the new Elite Pro, simply reach out to our support team at team@bark.com to request the cancellation of your existing plan. Once that’s done, you can upgrade to the new Elite Pro and start enjoying all the enhanced features.
