Cancelling Elite Pro

You can cancel your Elite Pro subscription at any time. Here's how.

How to cancel

  1. Log in to your Bark account
  2. Click Settings in the top navigation
  3. Under My Profile, click Elite Pro Screenshot 2026-06-22 at 3.49.55 PM.png
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Manage subscriptionimage.pngep2.pngep3.png
  5. Select your Elite Pro subscription
  6. Click Cancel subscription

What happens after you cancel

Access You keep Elite Pro benefits until the end of your current billing period
Billing No further payments taken after cancellation
Refunds Subscription fees are non-refundable

Your credits

Any credits already in your account are yours to keep — cancelling Elite Pro doesn't affect your credit balance.

💡 Credits expire based on their purchase date — make sure to use them before they expire.
