iOS — Reporting a problem to Apple
- Open the App Store and tap your profile icon
- Tap Purchased and find the Bark app purchase
- Tap Report a Problem
- Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted
- Select the relevant problem from the menu
- Add any details and tap Submit
Apple will review your report and issue a refund where applicable.
Android — Reporting a problem to Google
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon and select Payments and subscriptions
- Tap Order history and find the Bark purchase
- Tap Report a problem
- Select the relevant issue from the menu
- Add any details and submit
