How It Works
The Get Hired Guarantee applies to:
- Your first Starter Pack
- Your first app purchase
- Promotional offers that clearly include the guarantee (for example, promo codes containing “HIRED”)
Important:
- Credits are returned 3 calendar days after your final lead purchase
- The amount returned equals the credits used — not the original pack size
- The guarantee can only be claimed once per eligible purchase
Do I Qualify?
You may qualify if all of the following are true:
Requirement | Condition |
Credits | All eligible credits have been used |
Time | 3+ calendar days have passed since your final lead purchase |
Hired status | You have not been marked as hired on Bark |
Previous claims | You have not already claimed the guarantee for this purchase |
Your request will not be approved if:
- You still have enough credits to contact another lead
- You were marked as hired
- The guarantee has already been used previously
How to Claim
- Use all eligible credits from your qualifying purchase
- Wait 3 calendar days after your final lead purchase
- The team will review your request if you're eligible, and your credits will be issued back to your account
