Once you've posted a request, go to the Matches section of your account. You'll see two tabs — Your matches shows all professionals matched to your request, and Replies shows anyone who has already responded.
Use the filters at the top of your matches list to narrow down results:

| All ratings | Filter professionals by minimum star rating |
| All response times | Filter by how quickly professionals typically reply — useful if your job is urgent |
| Sort by: Best match | Ranks professionals by relevance to your request, balancing experience, availability, and suitability |
Contacting professionals from your matches
You don't have to wait for professionals to respond. From your matches list, click Request reply on any profile to reach out directly. You can also use the Request replies from top 5 shortcut to contact your five best-matched professionals at once.
