If you believe a complaint or action taken against your account is inaccurate or unfair, you have the right to appeal. Here's how.
How to submit your appeal
Reply directly to the email notification you received about the warning or suspension. Make sure to include as much detail as possible to support your case.
What to include
| Evidence | Detail |
| Your version of events | A clear description of what happened from your perspective |
| Supporting documents | Contracts, invoices, or communications with the customer |
| Screenshots or emails | Any evidence that clarifies the situation |
| Resolution attempts | Details of any efforts you made to resolve the issue directly with the customer |
| Photos of work | If relevant, photos of the work you carried out |
| 💡 The more evidence you provide, the stronger your appeal. |
Appeal deadline
You have 30 days from the date you receive a sanction to submit your appeal. Appeals received after this period will not be considered.
