Credits purchased through the app

Credits bought through the Bark app are processed by the app store on your device, either Apple (iOS) or Google (Android), not directly by Bark. If you have a payment issue, contact the relevant store to resolve it.

iOS — Reporting a problem to Apple

  1. Open the App Store and tap your profile icon
  2. Tap Purchased and find the Bark app purchase
  3. Tap Report a Problem
  4. Sign in with your Apple ID if prompted
  5. Select the relevant problem from the menu
  6. Add any details and tap Submit

Apple will review your report and issue a refund where applicable.

Android — Reporting a problem to Google

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon and select Payments and subscriptions
  3. Tap Order history and find the Bark purchase
  4. Tap Report a problem
  5. Select the relevant issue from the menu
  6. Add any details and submit

Google will review your report and issue a refund where applicable.
