Your Bark profile is so important to help you get hired by the customers you contact.

Your Bark profile is what customers see when you respond to them. It should catch the customer’s attention while showcasing your business and services.

Having a profile that is 80%+ completed makes you three times more likely to secure new business.

 

  • Ensure you have a high star rating from a decent number of reviews. If you click on the Reviews tab in your account you can get a personalised link to request reviews from your previous customers. These can be any customers, whether or not you found them on Bark, and professionals with strong reviews are far more likely to convert.
  • Add any social media and/or website links to your profile so that clients can see external sources of information about your business.
  • Fill in your Q and As section. These questions will add a personalised touch to your profile and help customers develop a better understanding of who you are and what you do.
  • Upload any photos and videos to your profile so that clients can see previous work you have done. Our customers like to see visual evidence of some of your work.
  • Add a profile photo. No matter the size of your business, adding a profile picture can help your Bark profile appear more personable!
  • Add a logo. Having a logo helps to establish your brand and makes your company more memorable.
