You can add and remove services in your Lead Preferences.

You certainly can. We want to make sure we’re sending you the perfect customers every time. 

We have a powerful tool called ‘Filter Questions’. Here you can let us know which customers you wish to hear about based on the answers they provide when submitting a request.

You can specify exactly what leads you want to receive in your Lead Preferences.

Next to each of your listed services, select Filter Questions.

Follow the on-screen instructions to filter the leads for your chosen service.

You can receive leads for as many services as you like on Bark, as long as we market for that service. 

We currently have over 1500 services available to pick from and regularly add new ones.

Can I receive leads for some services in one location and other services in another location?

Nationwide leads are requests where the customer has told Bark they are happy to receive responses from professionals anywhere in the country. This is often because the customer is open to working with a professional remotely. 

You can turn Nationwide leads on or off in your Lead Preferences

Select Add Location and follow the on-screen instructions to turn Nationwide leads on or off.

 

We review all our questions regularly and love it when professionals offer us feedback.

It’s important to us that we get the right amount of information from the customer. If you have any suggestions for us then you can add your suggestions online by following these steps:

Bark welcomes feedback from professionals on the questions we ask customers when they submit their request.

You can suggest changes to the questions we ask customers in your Lead Preferences.

Click Filter Questions next to the service for which you would like us to update the questions we are asking customers.

At the bottom of the Filter Questions page, click Suggest a Question.

Follow the on-screen instructions to either suggest a new question, edit a current question, or suggest we remove a question entirely. 

Bark is happy to hear from professionals who offer services we do not currently receive leads for.

We generally review all the current services we offer and consider new services on a quarterly basis.

If you would like to speak to the customer to discuss their budget options, please contact the customer directly from your Leads page.

If for any reason you believe a customer may not be suitable or has provided insufficient information, there is no need to respond. 

A lot of the time a customer may not have a budget in mind, nor know what something should cost. This is a great opportunity for you to contact them and sell your services.
