What is an Unsold Lead Subscription?
Our Unsold Lead Subscription allows professionals to purchase all the leads that pass 48 hours without any response from a professional on Bark. The leads are sold at a fantastic 66% discount. You are then in charge of reaching out to these leads and converting them as normal, with the knowledge that you are likely the first and only professional to have contacted them.
Where are the leads stored?
The leads are funnelled into your own private Google Sheet that updates dynamically on the hour with new unsold leads. Once you’ve agreed to the subscription, the sheet will be shared with you after an unsold lead becomes available to purchase (normally up to 72 hours after the agreement).
How much does it cost?
We are selling our unsold leads subscriptions at a 66% discount. The price will be different for each professional, as it is based on the number of monthly leads we can provide you within your lead preferences. Our Customer Success team can check whether you are eligible and if so, provide you a quote based on the services and locations set up on your account.
How long does it last?
Currently, we are offering this subscription as a fixed-term agreement for a minimum of 3 months.
The leads on my spreadsheet don’t match my lead preferences?
If you change your lead preferences after agreeing to the subscription, this will not update the leads you receive on your sheet. The leads on your sheet will be based on your lead preferences at the time of the sale. In order to change the leads seen on the spreadsheet, you will need to let us know you have amended your lead preferences.
What is the refund policy? Can I change my mind and cancel?
This subscription is commitment for a set period of time and as such, once agreed this cannot be cancelled. We can offer partial refunds on the subscription, but only if the number of leads received on the spreadsheet varies by 30% or more than the forecasted number of leads at the time of the agreement.

How does Bark handle TDS in India?
Some professionals may be required to pay Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) to the tax authorities. Bark cannot give tax advice and you should consult with your own tax advisor to see if this applies to you.
Bark and our payment handlers are subject to Section 194C of the Income Tax Act, which mandates a deduction of 2% of the ex. GST value.
In line with other large advertising platforms, you can reclaim the TDS paid as a credit to your bark account by sending your TDS Certificate (Form 16) either as an electronically signed copy, or a scanned copy of a paper certificate after completing your quarterly filing.
You should send this to india@bark.com from your registered Bark email address with “TDS credit request” as the subject line.
The timings are as follows for each quarter
We are unable to accept Certificates sent after the end of the following quarter.
Once received and verified, Bark credits will be applied to your Bark account. This will be done within 7 days of receiving your Certificate at your average cost per credit, rounded up to the nearest whole credit.

Browser notifications are notifications sent from your internet browser. These are completely separate from your email notifications and are just an extra way to be notified. You choose which browser notifications you’d like to receive in Browser Notifications.
Why am I not receiving your emails?
Sorry to hear you’re having issues receiving our emails. Here are some quick things to check:
1 – Make sure the correct notifications are turned on in your Settings
2 – Check your junk mail and mark our emails as safe if you find them there
3 – Check with your webmaster if you’re using a business domain
