Enquiries reverse the usual process — instead of you browsing leads and deciding who to contact, customers come to you. You receive incoming and scheduled calls directly from your best-matched customers before their requests become available to other professionals on Bark.

How it works

Types of enquiries

Type What it means
Immediate An incoming call from a customer who wants to speak right now
Scheduled A call booked up to 4 days in advance — great for assessments and estimates

Managing your availability

You set your own working hours — calls and bookings can only come in during the times you're available. Each 30-minute slot can accommodate only one booking, so you'll never be double-booked.

Customers can book up to 15 minutes before the scheduled call time. You'll receive a confirmation email and a reminder before every booking.

Choosing who you hear from

You can filter your enquiries by:

  • Customer location
  • Customer answers to their lead questions

This means every call you receive is from someone who matches exactly what you're looking for.

Do I qualify for Enquiries?

To get started, your profile must include at a minimum:

Company logo Uploaded to your profile
Company phone number Verified and visible
Company description Clear and complete About section
Reviews At least 3 reviews
Star rating 3 stars or above

How to set up Enquiries

  1. Log in to your Bark account
  2. Click Settings in the top navigation
  1. Scroll to Enquiries and click Enquiries settings
  2. You'll land on the Enquiries setup page

  1. Click Get set up and follow the on-screen instructions to configure your availability and preferences
