The first screen you'll be presented with is the Bark Dashboard. From here you can navigate to anywhere else in your account.
To start with you'll see the menu bar along the top of the screen. Use these options to navigate around your account.
Requests - In this section you can view all the live leads available to you and respond to them.
My Responses - In this section, you can see all of the leads that you have already purchased and responded to, and view and manage all your existing conversations with customers. Go there to find the phone number for any customer.
Service Areas - This is where you can choose the types of leads you'd like to receive and for what geographical areas.
One-click Response - This feature enables you to send a pre-written response to customers with one click.
Profile - Your Bark Profile is what will be shown to the buyer when you respond to them. It is your public facing business page with Bark.
Billing - From the billing section you can manage your card information and billing address. This section is also where you'll find your invoices.
Reviews - This is where you can manage all your reviews from customers. You can also send review requests to your existing customers.
Badges - Badges are a great way to show on your website that you are a trusted Bark Pro as well as helping to increase your presence on search engines.
