As well as appearing in your online Bark account we'll email through all of your Barks to you so that you can conveniently manage and respond to them from your inbox.
How to respond to Bark lead emails
Responding to Bark leads via email couldn't be easier. When you open the email you'll see the details of the inquiry along with the buyer's name and location. You'll notice that at three separate points in the email you'll have a blue button with the message 'Contact 'X' Now'.
What happens once I've clicked 'Contact Buyer Now'?
Once you've clicked the button to contact the buyer you'll be taken through to the below screen. From here you'll be able to see all the information available for this lead bar the contact details of course. All you have to do now is click the blue button on the right-hand side 'Yes, I'd like to speak to X'.
If you're no longer interested you can select 'No, I'm not interested'.
After selecting 'Yes' you'll be presented with the below screen. Simply type your message into the text box provided and give an accurate quote (you can always tick 'I need more information' to skip the quote) if appropriate.
Once you're happy with your message just press 'Send Your Message', we'll deduct the necessary number of credits from your balance and provide you with the phone number on-screen and via email.
