Responding through your online Bark Account is simple.
I've seen a great lead for me, how to I respond to them?
When you see a lead that you want to contact on the online dashboard contacting them is simple, just click the green 'Contact' button to the far right-hand side of each lead.
This will present you with a drop-down of three options (pictured below).
'Send Message Now' - Allows you to send a personalised message to the customer straight away through the Bark messaging system. Once you've sent the message you'll have access to the phone number.
'Send Message Later' - Allows you to not send a message to the customer and just obtain the phone number. They will be sent a message letting them know you are interested and will contact them later. You can then send a follow up whenever you wish, without further charge.
'One-click Response' - This is a very attractive feature for its speed and efficiency that allows you to set up a pre-populated response and send them this, so you don't have to type up a long message every time. For a detailed overview of how to set up your one-click response click here.
'Send Message Now'
Selecting this option mean's you've chosen to write a personalised message to the buyer, in doing so you'll be presented with the below screen. Just type up a clear and appropriate message to the buyer to give them the best first impression possible.
If you can provide an estimate for a potential customer, this a good way to give the customer a basic idea of what to expect. If it's not possible until you've spoken to them just select 'I need more information' and you can send your message.
After you've sent your message
Once you've pressed 'send' the phone number will be given to you in a pop-up on screen, as pictured below.
To see the full number just click it once and it will appear like so.
