What is the Get Hired Guarantee?
When you buy your first Starter Pack or first app purchase, we want to make sure you get a fair shot at landing a job. If you use your credits and don't get hired, we'll return them — so you can try again at no extra cost.
The guarantee also applies to promotional offers that include it — check your offer for details.
Do I qualify?
You qualify if all of the following apply:
- You've used all your eligible credits, or don't have enough left to contact another lead
- At least 3 calendar days have passed since your last lead purchase
- You haven't been marked as hired on Bark
- You haven't already claimed the guarantee for this purchase
What if I still have a few credits left?
If you don't have enough credits to contact another lead, you still qualify.
What gets returned?
The credits you used not the original pack size. So if your Starter Pack was 20 credits and you used 18, you'll get 18 back.
Credits are returned 3 calendar days after your final lead purchase.
Your request won't be approved if:
- You still have enough credits to contact another lead
- You've been marked as hired on Bark
- You've already claimed the guarantee for this purchase
