Save time by creating pre-written SMS templates for quotes, follow-ups, and appointment bookings. Customers read texts quickly — a well-timed SMS can make all the difference.
Getting started
- Log in to your Bark account
- Go to Settings →Communication→ SMS Templates
- Click Add template
- Name your template so you always send the right one
- Write your message — tailor it to the type of lead you're responding to
- Click Save
Using merge tags
Add the customer's name automatically by clicking Customer name in the tags section. When you send the template, we'll update the tag with the customer's name for you.
