Add Bark to your email contact list

We regularly email you about new leads, promotions and product updates. To make sure our emails reach your inbox rather than your spam folder, set up a filter or rule for emails from bark.com.

Gmail

  1. Sign in to your Gmail account
  2. Click the down arrow in the search bar
  3. In the From field, enter bark.com
  4. Click Create filter
  5. Select Never send it to Spam
  6. Click Create filter again
đź’ˇ If any Bark emails are already in your spam folder, select them and click Not spam.

Yahoo

  1. Sign in to your Yahoo account
  2. Go to Settings → More settings → Filters
  3. Click Add new filters
  4. In the From field, choose contains and enter bark.com
  5. Set the destination folder to Inbox
  6. Click Save

Outlook / Hotmail / MSN

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click the cog icon âš™ in the top right
  3. Click View all Outlook settings → Rules
  4. Click Add a new rule and name it (e.g. “Bark emails”)
  5. Set the condition to Sender address includes and enter bark.com
  6. Set the action to Move to: Inbox
  7. Click Save
💡 You can also add bark.com to your Safe senders and domains list under Settings → Mail → Junk email.

iCloud

  1. Sign in to iCloud and open Mail
  2. Click the cog âš™ in the sidebar and select Rules
  3. Click Add a rule
  4. Enter bark.com in the name or email address field
  5. Set emails from bark.com to move to your inbox or a dedicated folder
  6. Click Done

AOL and other providers

Open any email from Bark and add the sender to your contacts. If a Bark email lands in spam, mark it as Not spam. This tells your provider our emails are safe and should go to your inbox.
