You can stop Bark emails at any time, regardless of whether you have a Bark account. Choose the option that applies to you.

If you don't have a Bark account

Why am I getting emails from Bark?

We find local businesses using publicly available information, such as Google business listings. When a customer near you asks for a service you offer, we email you about it in case you'd like to join Bark and respond. You don't need to do anything if you're not interested.

How to stop them

  1. Open any email you've received from Bark.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email.
  3. Click the unsubscribe link. The wording varies between emails, for example, "Unsubscribe" or "Don't want to hear from me again? Click here."

Your unsubscribe request takes effect straight away.

If you have a Bark account

You can choose which emails you get from your account settings.

  1. Log in to your Bark account.
  2. Go to Settings > Notifications > Email, or open your email notification settings directly.
  3. Turn off the emails you don't want.
  4. Click Save.
